Premium is structured so as to maximise your earnings and the value of your investment.
We do this in three ways:
- Operating income
There is a cap on the amount you contribute to Premium. All wrap amounts earned over this amount are returned to you in the form of an annual rebate. We will explain in detail how this works for you. - Share participation
Your equity stake in Premium recognises the value your business contributes to the Group. If you are currently in a dealership arrangement and your current dealer does not recognise the value of your business you are being undervalued. - Product development and distribution
In recent times dealer groups have begun to make use of their distribution muscle by developing and marketing their own products.
Premium is participating in this exciting business evolution. We use our industry knowledge, closeness to the end customer and extensive distribution network to bring new opportunities to market. The way Premium is structured means that you are able to participate in these opportunities.
Our first distribution success is the Premium China Fund. The Fund raised $300 million in 20 months. Premium share holders own 8% of the company which distributes this fund. We now have further opportunities in the pipeline.
